Never had much of an issue with this vendor. ElectricPower has been around for a long time, I remember I wrote a review for them many years back on the DNMNZ subreddit. Always quick to fix any issue that pops up and maintains a professional attitude.

`[ ]+4`|Mostly pure - potent
`[ ]+3`|Minor cut or impurity - strong
`[ ]+2`|Cut and/or impure - medium to weak
`[ ]+1`|Almost entirely cut - very weak
`[ ]+0`|Possibly bunk - no effect

Don't have much of a benchmark to compare to, but their stuff definitely does the trick. Nice products.

Processing Speed:

EP is quick to process orders but shipping can be a bit slow.

Very cheap product from what I have to compare with anyway. Every time I've ordered vendor has threw in some extras, can't complain there.

Stealth & OpSec:
No super strong stealth, but product is safe and has never been an issue.
