How to get international packages into NZ?

Hey everyone!

There's heaps of guides out on the internet for getting past US customs, australian customs whatever.
Is there guide or anything out there for ordering internationally to New Zealand? Our customs are ruthless here and I'm having trouble getting stuff into the country.

If anyone has any tips, or links to guides or something, that would be great! Even happy to pay for a guide :-)
