Pity a lot of that is in Italian

If you think using monero will save you from law enforcement you are dead wrong: when using monero always: use tor and run your own node OVER TOR
If you think all you need to do with bitcoins is mix them or exchange to monero you are dead wrong: use a different wallet for each operation or moniker you will use, run your own bitcoin node OVER TOR, run your electrum wallets OVER TOR if you can't set up your own bitcoin node
If you think bitcoin mixing is still safe you're dead wrong
