3/8 UPDATE - PLEASE READ

Important Update

We've recently made a number of changes at ImportedNZ to improve the overall experience for everyone, but before we roll them out, we're going to be taking a short break to make sure everything is implemented properly.

Over the past little while, we know we haven't been operating at the standard you deserve. Shipping delays, slower response times, and inconsistent communication have affected some customers, and we take full responsibility for that. We sincerely apologise to everyone who has been impacted and genuinely appreciate those who have continued to support us despite these issues.

Rather than continuing to push forward with systems that clearly aren't working, we're taking this time to completely restructure how ImportedNZ operates. When we return, we'll have a reworked shipping structure, improved internal systems, faster communication, and clearer processes to ensure we consistently deliver the level of service you should expect from us.

As part of these changes, we'd also like to officially welcome Jess as our permanent Communications Lead She'll be handling customer support, general inquiries, and helping ensure messages are answered promptly, allowing us to focus on preparing and dispatching orders. If you have an issue with an order, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll make it right.

We'll also be using this break to resolve any outstanding orders or customer issues before resuming normal operations. We remain fully committed to fulfilling every legitimate order and ensuring no customer is left behind.

As always, customer privacy remains our highest priority. Our communications team does not have access to encrypted customer information, including encrypted addresses or messages. Any conversations involving sensitive information are handled directly by us.

  • NZ Pharma: Our Genuine NZ Pharma range will no longer be BlackOps exclusive and is now available exclusively through The Atrium.

  • Packaging: We're now rotating our packaging more regularly, meaning orders will be sent in a random selection of packaging styles to further improve operational security.

This isn't just another update, it's a reset. We've put strict measures in place behind the scenes and have a clear roadmap for where ImportedNZ is heading. Our goal is simple: return to the reliable, consistent service that built our reputation in the first place.

Thank you again to everyone who has stuck with us through this period. Your patience and support haven't gone unnoticed, and we're committed to earning back the trust of anyone we've let down.

14/8 Update

We're Back!

After taking some time to improve our systems and operations, we're pleased to let everyone know that we're officially back up and running.

Over the past few of weeks, we've been working behind the scenes to streamline our processes, improve communication, and ensure a smoother experience for all of our customers. Including the changes to our T&Cs and tracking procedure.. Your patience while we made these improvements has been greatly appreciated.

With these changes now in place, we're back to processing orders as normal and are excited to get things moving again. We'd also like to thank everyone for their continued support throughout this period - it genuinely means a lot to us.

Rural -  From 15 August 2026 until 1 November 2026 If your rural order hasn't arrived within the following 7 business days after it was marked shipped, we'll give you $50 NZD worth of XMR.

(The dates are off as we plan on taking a 2 week break during the promo)

No coupon.
No store credit.

We built our reputation on being one of the most reliable stores in NZ, and we want to earn that reputation back by giving you a reason to hold us accountable.

THE TERMS

  • The promotion applies to orders shipped between the 15th of August 2026 and the 1st of November 2026.

  • The 5 day period begins as soon as your order is marked shipped on whichever website you order from.

  • The order must not have been delivered within 5 business days of the shipment date.

  • The $50 is per qualifying order, not per item. An order containing 1 item or 20 items is eligible for a maximum of $50 NZD worth of XMR.

  • This is not a coupon, discount or store credit. Qualifying customers will receive $50 NZD worth of XMR.

  • The XMR amount will be calculated based on the NZD value at the time the payment is issued via Cake Wallet.

  • The promotion is suspended during periods where NZ Post has officially announced service delays or disruptions affecting the delivery service or destination. The guarantee resumes once normal service has been officially restored.

  • Orders that are confirmed by tracking as delivered within the 5 or 7 day period are not eligible.

  • The guarantee does not apply where delivery has been delayed or disrupted due to customer action, including but not limited to requesting a redirect, providing an incorrect or incomplete address, refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, requesting a delivery hold, or otherwise interfering with the delivery.

That's it.

We're not asking you to simply trust that things are different this time.

Hi everyone,

I want to start by apologising. I recently had a medical emergency and was hospitalised for a number of weeks, which meant I was completely unable to reach my computer or respond to anyone. Today is my first day back, and I know many of you were left waiting without answers. That isn’t the standard I set for myself, and I’m sorry.

I’ll be active on every platform I sell on, and I’m going through all open orders and messages now. If you missed out on an order or were affected in any way, message me and I will make it right, with either a full refund or your order shipped, whichever you prefer. I’m aiming to have every outstanding case, and I’ll reply to each person individually.

As for my return to selling, I can’t give an exact date yet. When I do come back it will be gradual, with a smaller range of products at first while I get back up to speed. I’m committed to being fully back soon, and in the meantime I’ll be offering escrow-only payments, so you can buy with confidence while I earn back your trust.
