ImportedNZ Shipping Problems

Has anyone else had problems receiving shipments from ImportedNZ recently?

I've an order that was placed over 9 days ago that hasn't arrived and I've yet to receive a tracking number. ImportedNZ posted in the Vendor forum that all orders have been shipped as flagged on the markets but if so I would have realistically expected to receive it last week.

ImportedNZ are usually a reliable vendor with good products but this is unusual and worrying considering recent activity by LE.

I'm currently waiting on one but it hasn't been long enough to be too worried yet. Placed an order on Sunday, and I live rural. I would be expecting it today or by the end of this week at the latest.

Could also be worth checking the postage companies website for any updates with delays etc.

Delays at this time could be fairly attributed to the fuel supply too (despite our country not being at critical levels. Companies could likely be limiting diesel intake to slow down usage.

Not sure about your comms issues. I too am awaiting a response to my last message but am confident my last message was sent after his last login. So i have no reason to worry too much myself.

Also, after having purchased from him quite a bit, I know he also has a job in the real world so during the day he won't be on here.

Definitley understand the feeling though, especially with recent news of other vendors and the OM shutdown.

Take comfort in the fact that your shipping details and stuff was encrypted.

in fact, it was potentially encrypted twice.

I think the DM website encrypts the message you type into the order automatically, so if you pasted a PGP message instead of just typing straight into it, theres a good to fair chance it would have required him to decrypt two messages as apposed to one.

Maybe a vendor can give us an idea of that.

I'm not "too" concerned however my order was placed on 7th and accepted within 2 hours. I'm not rural and would have expectations like yours that an order on a Sunday should have arrived by Thursday, if not sooner, so it just seems odd.

I appreciate the vendor IRL has other commitments but hopefully my order will arrive today or ImportedNZ will be able to provide tracking that shows where my order is.

I know it's small consolation, Martinagrice, but I'm in exactly the same position as you, down to the day, and am, correspondingly, in a bit of a panic. Extremely poor vendor comms is at this stage the best case scenario. The double encryption doesn't offer much comfort because as I understand it if LE have the keys it doesn't matter if it's encrypted once, twice or five-hundred times, they call still retrieve the information.

So yeah this'll mark the first and last time I buy from ImportedNZ. It's annoying because there's a specific product (I won't say which for OPSec) which I'd like to have a consistent vendor for, but none of the domestic ones seem to be able to pull their shit together. It's not even so much the delay as the lack of comms about it.

alright, at this juncture, unless anyone has heard from him, I think it's safe to assume the worst.
my advice, and it's just my advice would be to act out of an abundance of caution.

make sure you've extended finalisation time on your order \ start dispute.
take whatever security precautions you think are necessary, operational or otherwise
consider the address you used burnt unless informed otherwise

if this is an overreaction you can all jeer at me later, but it might be worth doing, just in case.

Do you guys not read the Vendors T&Cs, Shipping Details or even the updates on this very site? We clearly state on all our sites, orders under $500 will only be sent a tracking number if there is an issue with their order AFTER 14 days. This has been how its worked for literally years. I do not control the mail, we process our orders in a very timely manner and they are *usually* sent out on the stated shipping days, bar a few delays in the past, in which each time we have made a post on this site.

In terms of "bad comms" or replies, spamming us out with 20 messages about an order only makes you less likely to get a response, we are not some massive corporation who has its own comms department, it is a small team, when we are replying to messages, it is in the order they came in, so the older the message will get replied to first, as they messaged us first. If you decide to keep messaging multiple times after your initial question/query/message, you are only doing yourself harm and slowing down the time in which you receive a response. And no its not being lazy or anything like that, we simply cannot have a conversation with 40 different people at once about whatever it is they are messaging about.

We shipped over 40 packages today alone, the amount of man power needed to fulfill orders, then have a friendly conversation with each buyer and provide minute by minute updates is unattainable.

Yes I admit, our comms could be better, however you have to remember, you didnt just the place you buy your substances from when OM went offline - we as vendors lost our main (and some their only) platform for selling on. There are obviously going to be some teething issues when switching to a new site. This is our first 2 weeks properly vending on BO and DH, 2 completely new sites to us, cut us some slack. We have provided everyone with another channel to communicate with us on (signal), which if you arent comfortable using, you can message us on the site, which as stated before, will get replied to in order that messages have arrived.

To anybody whose actually placed an order with us and is waiting for a reply, you will be responded to tonight, I know 99% of my customers being repeat customers of many years arent freaking out about this but just thought I should announce it as apparently I need to announce everything that im doing.

Lastly, claiming that I have been compromised or that somehow now you or your addresses are compromised all because what? I havent posted on the forum since 5 fkn days ago? Is absolutely ridiculous. To all of my customers that are receiving their products as usual, whose shipping those? LE? Recognitions, you are fear mongoring and just speaking a bunch of bullshit.

You all do know you order and pay through escrow? Not one of my sites is FE, look into what escrow is and what your rights are as a customer, if you were so concerned about your order, you would launch a claim, but I have no active disputes.

It is honestly insane how many people are incompetent enough to publicly post about you without even bothering to read the terms and conditions before they place an order.

I am genuinely glad I am no longer a vendor. The level of stupidity on the darkweb increases every single year the user base is getting worse, and most people treat these high-risk platforms like they are just using a regular site like TradeMe.

These people think, "I have money and I want drugs," so they go to the darkweb instead of dealing with some shady person in an alleyway where the product is cut just to increase profit.

Users should be grateful there are people willing to take the massive legal risks to provide these substances. If your favorite vendor suddenly went offline, what would you even do? You would be stuck with no reliable source.

Can confirm that I had a package land by ImportedNZ. The package took its time to arrive but that's out of the vendors control. Once it's marked as shipped, it's shipped. We all know NZ Post can be unreliable at the best of times. The product quality speaks for itself.

I've dealt with ImportedNZ on multiple occasions and every product I've received has been nothing but the highest quality.

It's understandable given what recently went on that people will be fearful but there's no reason to spread fear, uncertainty and doubt when his packages are to this day still arriving - check their Blackops feedback if you don't believe me.

He does genuienly seems to be consistent most of the time, but there have been a few times where I've gone to order or have ordered and he went offline/package took a while. One may have been NZ post though. Do agree that product is good and is often cheaper than the rest of market. Never had an issue with comms, never bothered to message as orders always showed up.

Burned, as in a delay in receiving product or nothing showing up at all?

My experience with ImportedNZ is that occasionally there is a delay but in the end, everything has shown up.

He is busy af and over the years has always righted any wrongs.

Everytime, and I mean EVERY time we have made an error with shipping out an order, whether that be misssing the parcel or sending the wrong quantity, the buyer has been compensated with either a reship + extras or a refund.

When I am doing an average of 30 orders a week every week, yes it is hard to hand out a tracking number to each and every customer, just like it is to sit there an answer every retarded ass question or message we are sent on a daily basis. The only point of tracking when purchasing from us is in the case of non-arrival (0 times out of 4000+ sales btw), not so you can sit at home frittering out wondering if your $90 order is going to arrive today or not.

I basically devote my entire life to doing this, its not as easy as just chucking a gram bag in a box and sending it.

I just want to also confirm I received goods in extremely fast fashion. These posts irk me as I believe these vendors are doing a community service, providing clean peer reviewed goods. They have been peer reviewed extensively as well.

Personally I don't even consider contacting vendors until at least a week has passed. Murphies law, most those times it arrives an hour later or next day.

Few occasions there have been hiccups by vendors, but they always sort you out. They take extreme risk and I assume a lot of stress, and I appreciate that.
