Such an underrated opioid, never figured out a way to break the time-release on those fuckers, but actually I ended up really enjoying the very long onset and duration, great day time drug

Crushing has always broke the time release for me very effectively on them. If you want to really destroy them then you can dessolve them in coke for a few hours which acts  like stomach acid. That was the tick for the newer oxycontins that were impossible to crush. However I think just crushing the DHCs does a good enough job.

Yeah same with me mate. I have a local source which I get them in bulk and reasonably cheap. I normally keep the dopesickness at bay throughout the week taking DHC and then treat myself to oxy once a week (Approx 600mg). What I have found odd though, after all the reading I have done regarding tolerance, tapering and withdrawls - I have slowly tapered my DHC dosage (Frequency stays the same, dosing 4 times daily), from 480mg each dose down to 240mg so far. Yet my oxy tolerance still remains sky high. Maybe I am one of the unfortunate ones lacking the enzyme required, I do not know. But I was hoping to bring my oxy tolerance down with the DHC taper as well as only dosing oxy one time a week. If you do not mind me asking, what dose/frequency of DHC do you need to keep yourself from getting dopesick?

With a morphine daily use of 360mg , would transition to 4-5 x 60mg  every 6 hours.  Still uncomfortable but not too bad and able to work, sleep and be fully functional.
