It's also likely worth mentioning that Dread has been offline for some time now, I am under the impression this is due to a DDOS attack that has spanned about a month, possibly longer now. So if you can't access Dread, don't stress no one can right now.

Fairly sure Dread is being DOS attacked. The onion name is currently published in the directory servers which means a Dread server is running, but the web server won't respond consistently. I just got its captcha page to load just now after some error pages.
Someone has been DOS attacking every DNM related site. On Dark.fail the other day every single market on the list said Offline except one or two.
