Localbitcoin buyers
I see some reports of nz traders pulling early release scams on lbc, sending faked screenshots of bank transactions and the like, lbc's rules state do not release until you see the transaction has been made but it seems the norm to release early when they send you a screenshot, apparently some accounts have been hacked not sure yet.
