I did have an unusual experience with them a little while ago. Them and i have always been quite friendly and chatted a bit. I messaged him on archetyp about a deal hed offered and he offered to do something for me. Next day i messaged him on incognito about it and he got really annoyed that id asked for a deal 'out of the blue' and was pretty rank about it, then wouldnt reply.
Must say i found it really odd, hes always been good to me in the past and the deal was literally his idea, the night before!

No problem here with Turtleshell on Incog this week. Placed order on Tuesday, received Thursday, good quality gear and friendly comms. I can't explain your experience but I'm a happy customer.

Yep so i guess we can put it down to the post, showed up out of nowhere. No pre-processing or pickup details from the source courier odd..

Yeh I used to buy from turtle alot. For some reason every single pack he puts in a box takes a day sometimes 2 to actually be taken out and processed. He a lovely guy and is one of the friendliest vendors I've ever dealt with. Also suddenly with all the vacations turtle is the number 1 vendor in nz on incog so I'm sure his orders are picking up hugely he is probably a bit overwhlemed
