Hi all,
Just came to share some harm reduction information on how to resolve serotonin syndrome or over-amping on speedy drugs, backed up by scientific papers. I do believe this is a protocol in use in emergency medicine also.
BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are absorbed quickly and compete with the precursors for serotonin and dopamine (tryptophan for serotonin, tyrosine and phenylalanine for dopamine) in the brain. So if you find yourself experiencing serotonin syndrome or simply get higher than you planned, you can take a very basic BCAA drink and reduce your symptoms. It costs about $30-$50 from a supplement shop or chemist warehouse (make sure the only ingredients are BCAAs, not preworkout stuff etc) and IMO it is worth having on hand for these occasions.
Some evidence for these claims:

Also very important to drink water and keep your body temperature down in these scenarios.
Cheers
Anecdotally, NAC (N-acetylcysteine) will kill a stimulant high pretty quick and efficiently. Even when not used as a trip killer its a pretty vital one to have at the end of the drug experience, in my opinion.

How much NAC would you recommend for ending a stim? And what brand would you recommend? I've heard NAC is good for after rolling, but that's about it.
If you are doing opioids of any type, especially potent ones like heroin, hydromorphone, fentanyl or nitazenes you should absolutely invest a few hundred dollars in a couple Nyxoid nasal sprays because while you can get an injectable form from your GP for free, most people will struggle to crack open a vial without shattering it or cutting open their thumb and performing an injection whilst under the pressure of seeing someone overdose is never easy.
Also remember to show the people who you trust how it works and if it is the injectable form you might want to show your mates who don't inject how to hit a vein and register to confirm because it only takes 5 minutes of no oxygen to the brain to render you braindead and naloxone administered intramuscular or subcutaneously can take a few minutes to kick in.
The main thing that will save you is stopping the overdose before it happens, don't be an idiot and research the drug you are doing before you actually do it and if you are fucking around with fentanyl or nitazenes use volumetric dosing so you don't just drop dead
