NZCreamTeam not fulfilling orders

NZCreamTeam did not fulfill my Archtyp order despite marking shipped the next day, asked me to resend my address, waiting until auto-finalize to state they could not find my order, and then stopped responding to messages. It has been nearly a month since placing my order. They are clearly able to see my order as I have left an unsatisfactory review. If this issue is unable to be resolved, I want this to at least be a warning to other NZ customers. This was not a large amount, and I have been trying to work with them in good faith.

Vendor's listings and reviews look dodgy. Way too many reviews reporting cut product, poor communication, and slow delivery - I would never give them my business after reading that. Sorry you got burned.

ive heard the reviews he was good when i ordered 42 grams of ice it took a while but it still same n good product exact same stuff someone said was cut i took it into the testing place came out clean asf

Why do people continue to buy from them?
I ordered 14g of ketamine, but it was cut with MSG. I had it tested using KnowYourStuff and EnergyControl and all the results came back showing MSG.

To be honest im not sure i ordered before i came on here n only looked at recent reviews on the ice seems hes getting really late postage n people not even getting there shit on all his other drugs

It is weird as I got my order of a ounce and a half of that mexi ice took ages but i still got it, it wasnt bad product nz cream team used to be so good on incog
