Hi, does anyone have any advice on what to do if I havent received my product from an order over a month ago? I don't want to name any names as I have had several successful trades with this vendor over the years, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that they will resolve the issue when back from vacation.
I stupidly let the order auto-finalize because I had alot on my plate and didnt realise the AF timer was so short (I swear it changes for different vendors?), but the vendor had been communicating with me about the postal delay and said they would reship if need be. I wasn't too worried and appreciated the good communication, and then xmas and new years rolled around so I wasn't able to check in as often. I have requested the tracking update but haven't heard back for over a week as they haven't logged in.
I have been postponing leaving a review because I have been waiting for the order to arrive, but now theres only a couple days left before the review can be made (and I assume edited). I don't want to leave bad feedback because that sucks and will probably mean a re-ship is out of the question, but also want to warn others if they have fooled me. Does anyone know if Archetyp support can edit comments after the 30 day review timer expires?
I assume I will just be told theres nothing I can do because of the AF, I know that I probably wont get my money back... But im just seeking any other advice to increase my chances that may not be so obvious
Just drop the name of the vendor so if there more people in the same boat as you. I know most vendors would reship without problem if they havent means they dont care about their customers all about the money. I hope it gets sorted asap

I will eventually if its not sorted, but at this stage I will give them the benefit of the doubt. They have been very reliable throughout the years and have nothing but positive reviews - and have continued to since my order. Hopefully they have just gone on holiday and are having a well deserved break, I just would have appreciated if this been communicated beforehand seeing as we have a pending order of a reasonable size. Its the not knowing thats stressing me out, I dont really care about the drugs at this point

Thanks for caring by the way. I will let you know what happens. Sucks for everyone when something goes wrong and the trust is broken a little bit, so its nice to be reminded of the humanity amongst this black hole of anonymity
But only vendor i can think of is DestinyNZ. Was it a big order if was then name and shame because that shit isnt cool at all. You been waiting ages now..

No it was domestic. That sucks, good luck with it all. Have you been in contact with the vendor? I dont order internationally but I imagine 6 weeks over the christmas and new year period isnt too unreasonable for international? No idea really though
