DotCoDotNz Scam? [Update: Seems ok]

I recently bought some Valium from DotCoDotNz. He is a new seller (registered 17 days ago). He accepted my order but it doesn't show as shipped. He hasn't been online since the 31/10/2019 (4 days ago). What are the most likely explanations for this behavior. Is this normal and he will probably come back or is he likely a scammer.

End of the day this could be anything.
- User could have gotten in some trouble with law enforcement
- Random life shit
- Something went wrong with his darknet setup and he didn't have a backup and lost access
- Possible exit scam? (Highly doubt this as the user does has 20 positive feedback

Unless there's other information someone is aware of the reason for his absence could literally be anything.
Not exactly sure this helps, but we know as much as you do sorry bro

DotCoDotNz: just making sure things are safe sorry about delayed shipping had alot going on and a shit load of orders in a short time

Ok ordered 2x products from this guy. Took 5 days to mark as "shipped" that was 2 weeks ago.

Still nothing ... requested refund and he comes back with... "cant refund bro been sent today"

If by some miracle he isnt a scammer and he did send today.... i would be wary
