im definitely not trying to slander or call him a scammer, was just wondering if people have not received their orders from him recently? i see that there has been new positive feedback on his profile but I have not received my order i placed last week. Have messaged him regarding tracking but no response so far. I am definitely not calling him out as a scammer or anything like that, I know it is december and therefore slower postal services and this is hopefully the cause, however, I am just wondering if people have still not received their orders recently.

Has his prices been dropped recently, are they exceptionally good prices ?

yeah dropped prices recently but checked feedback and he was definitely still sending them out for a while. kinda coincided with a lot of other vendors listing mdma as well so chalked it down to competitiveness. bad spot for buyers at the moment as anyone with half decent feedback doesn't use escrow so its bound to happen again. dr feel good was a total cunt but atleast that guy retired semi-gracefully lol

Payments to specific vendors get put on hold for manual processing when they start acting strangely.
If the blockchain is busy there is often to opportunity to reverse the payment before a confirmation but all his payments are confirmed.

Hes done 36 trades in the last 7 days, assuming all of them are scammed. How much did he just get away with? 20k+ probably?

With the amount of sales and money he's made in the last year would seem weird to exit scam. Maybe packages did get intercepted or delayed by nzpost? That or he's had some other problems.

More than that, orders goes back to over 2 weeks, 70+ I assume, average order prob say at least $600, so prob well over 40k.

Shitty situation for everyone involved considering it's almost new years. Hopefully this gets resolved. My guess is he is probably exit scamming though as 2 parcels of mine this week were marked as 'incorrectly sorted' on the tracking but they arrived the day after.

I'd be pretty careful in case his account was compromised which could reveal everyone's addy. For all we know he could of got busted and is bowing down to LE, how can we be sure what happened?

I wouldn't consider 4k a small amount in terms of the law, in terms of what quantity 4k represents, I've known someone who ended up in jail over that. Long before the darkweb, although they had clear evidence against her for supply via texts. No offense but I think it's silly to assume what the cops will or wont do. Perhaps it's their way to send a message?

We may never know, but it's safest to assume the worst possibility until the dust settles.

There are vendors who offer escrow on the market. It's not like you don't have choice and are forced to buy no escrow. It's your choice who you buy from. Quit whinging and trying to put all vendors in the same box. I don't appreciate it.

^ You don't need too bother with escrow, those who have used you before know that you are solid without any fluff. I think some of us fell for the flashy BS marketing from MrNice and his feedback. It's interesting how people like Greennz and NZanabolics keep their marketing to a minimum and I now appreciate this, no need to sugar coat it. Perhaps going forward be suspicious of those that rave on about being a "king" or have the best mdma,, big ego complexes do not get people far in life. MrNice is the king of scammers, he did it right, there is no debating that.

The mdma is getting very cheap. Some people are getting squeezed out the market. I'd say mr nice realised he wasn't making what he used to make and couldn't compete or decided the risk of importing outweighed the reward, so he wanted one last pay day.

When things just get cheaper and cheaper be prepared for quality to go down, people to scam you or get lazy with shipping. The less money someone is making or is able to make the less incentive there is for them to conduct good business. You see this with magical aotearoa the cheaper his mdma gets the longer people are waiting to receive it according to the feedback. NZ_domestic offers cheap stuff but useless service and shipping depends on weather he is on this planet or not.

Most buyers are just looking for the biggest quantity for the smallest price. While that sounds logical it's not always the smartest move. Having said all of that, this isn't the first exit scam and it won't be the last. It happens to vendors too when markets exit scam, buyers are not the only victims of scams. That's why when you say make all listings escrow you just want to pass the risk to the vendors. That's not fair.

Looking back though his orders and feedback, last one that actually got delivered was placed on 27th November. So it looks like he has been taking orders for over two weeks and not sending anything.

MrNice was the most professional vendor in my opinion. Super trustworthy, and awesome
gear. I have gone to him since day one.. Any vendor can exit scam no matter the reputation .It puts the buyers in a vulnerable situation. He comes accross asian hes probably smashing $1000 spins at the casino

Does this mean in other words the server is not sending payment to him?
When a vendor has power of no escrow I'm assuming the bitcoins are not being sent directly to their wallets?
Whether that is somehow an automatic process or you can manually flick things off

Also couldn't it be possible to have a semi-escrow feature? For example, escrow that auto finalizes after a given time, say 4-5 days, this might not help prevent scammers catching the patient ones but it might help prevent some? Could be a happy medium for both vendors and buyers.

Given that this is effectively an NZ only market and shipping shouldn't take more than a few days, perhaps its time to shorten the auto-finalise time down to 3 days and 'no escrow' option be removed. Put more responsibility onto buyers to manage their escrow so they dont buy and then not login for 2 weeks as most of them do right now. Very annoying when they havn't sent address properly and you cant get a reply from them.

This way they will have to login to extend the auto-finalise time if the package hasnt arrived. If it has arrived quickly as is 90% of the time, vendor gets paid promptly and everyone is happy.

I just really hate exit scammers and theres no need for it given profit margins.

A lot of buyers have no comprehension of how DNMs work or their history. Many of the buyers are now asking how to get their money back and don't understand what happened. His product was left up (but payments halted) and even with 16 bad feedbacks and two forum posts warning of an exit scam, he received $4000 in additional orders. The escrow/no-escrow setting only changes who is being trusted with the money - it doesn't protect from loss.
Re autofinalize time, a lot of orders get autofinalized and buyers then ask for support because they never received goods in time and don't understand the process.
