I mean, I can make a bunch of GHB or GBL the precursors are essentially unregulated there's only a couple problems. Firstly price... it almost isn't worth carrying as it really doesn't sell for much and also the associated date rape claims, although these claims are pretty much unfounded it brings unnecessary risk as media and LE like to push the date rape idea, vendors of it become a much bigger target for just a small return.

You can get GBL (industrial solvent) from China. Chinese DNM vendors make stealth with fruit juice containers.
