Cannabis balm/ cream

I know of a child with really bad eczema whose parents are looking for some sort of natural remedy that might help. They have been suggested some type of cannabis balm or cream that isnt full of chemical shit, safe for a child under 5.
Does anyone know of who may be able to help with this/ have knowledge  on the sUbject? Poor thing is up all night scratching til she bleeds.
Any ideas or hep wold be greatly appreciated, cheers!
