Vendor WhitePanda - Not Accepting Paid Orders?
I placed an order with vendor WhitePanda on Tuesday morning that was marked as paid by 10am.
The vendor profile states next business day shipping on an overnight service and I requested by message that the order be delivered on Thursday yet by 5pm Wednesday the order is still at Paid status. The vendor has logged in multiple times since the order was placed yet the message is unread and has not been accepted.
What gives and why would a vendor not accept orders that are paid for and requiring shipping? There are 3 other orders waiting to be accepted too.
Is it possible to cancel/withdraw an order if a vendor doesn't ship as stated as this is now going to mess up my plans for the whole weekend if not received on Thursday or Friday?

WhitePanda had apparently been let down by their supplier but all sorted and good now.
