Reason is someone is doing a malicious spam attack on the ZC blockchain database and it only costs them $10/day. ZC blockchain is growing too rapidly and basically causing too much headache for server admins who need to plan disk and RAM resources and keep backups working well. It's not a huge problem but given small the amount of ZC orders, it is way too much work for little benefit.
Maybe someone has short positions in derivatives and want to see ZC value fall.
