Is Whitelines a legit NZDNM vendor or is he a scam

I've been looking for a new NZDNM vendor and came accross Whitelines, has anyone delt with him? I cannot find any information on here or dread about him, his PGP was only created 4 months ago and that is alarming to me, if anyone can give me anymore info on him that would be great

Can confirm I have purchased recently from this vendor for the first time and was happpy with the goods - was what it said and came in 2DD.

I will be ordering again for sure.
