Depends on your device, more specifically your operating system type. Generally I'd recommend you look into and use common sense by researching how to setup and use PGP on your operating system. I'd always advise using a secure distribution of Linux specifically for your safety, you can use tools like Kleopatra pgp which is available on Linux, Mac and windows distributions. Do research and don't download from sketchy places.
