So I have used,
Kiwicoin
Easycrypto
Dasset
Are there any other local services with low/fees and quick turnaround time?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of such bitcoin buying services?

Yeah Ive used localbitcoins, couple times. Minimum transaction though, which might vary trader to trader? Mine was 1500$. Whole process was ok, but I was lazy and didnt do a massive amount of research to find cheaoest (fees) platform. Also, lol, I think it was localbitcoins that got hacked? So proceed with caution, and never have more $$ in your wallet than youre prepared to lose.
I've used LocalBTC and BuyCoinNow. BuyCoinNow is the best for small amounts (under $100) and LocalBTC is good but you need ID.
localbitcoin is OK not all taders ask for ID, depends if its cash deposit or online, most cash deposits just ask for a text, but pricing can be a bit higher. If you have the know you could trade in crypto coins and exchange for BTC, in high amounts would be worth it. but small amounts local or buycoinnow.
Do you get investigated by IRD if you are buying lots of btc or are they only worried about sellers?

Well if you pay cash deposit or inperson, you don't have to worry, some sites will keep a record of how much you are selling/buying i think kiwi-coin does, but for the most part if you don't give anyone your IRD number you should be fine, but just try do everything with cash if you can, if you use an online transfer you leave a trail. but small stuff isn't really going to be watched too much i'd think. just get in to a good habbit.
