Two orders stuck on collected from sender, am I cooked?

Hey all, I bought a bit of this and that like 3 weeks ago and I received the tracking but it never updated from collected from sender, the vendor sent out another last week that is stuck on the same thing. Is some postman just smoking away my dope or has my address been pinged by nz post or something like that, is that even a thing?
Best case it just got lost in the system but twice in a row is so unlucky.

Anyone else experienced anything like this? Would appreciate any input.

address could be burned have you ever ordered out side of NZ before.

Either your address or the vendors drop may be compromised. If your the only customer of theirs with the problem id say its your addy. You could email or ring NZ post and query the where abouts of the parcel.

Yeah after communicating with he vendor all but mine were delivered so its the addy. It cant be a smart idea to ask NZ Post where it is right?
