Was just about to order something but noticed he has 3 disputes open. However, also has many good feedbacks left just today.
Is he here and able to explain whats going on?

He's not just a vendor in NZ.
He's big in Europe/Germany, which has a notoriously slow and unreliable postal network sometimes.
A Dispute I believe is opened if you extend FE. Which is like 5 days and isn't much for Europe shipping.
Haven't had an issue myself personally.

Hi lads hope you're well.
We ship from Germany all around Europe so we often have a few disputes open due to orders not arriving before finalize timer runs out.
NZ-NZ we never have issues 1-2 days normally depending where you are locate, and Thursday/Friday always with Saturday stickers.
