Should I consider my address burned?

I ordered a meth pipe from eBay about a month ago but instead received a letter from customs after they seized it.

Does this mean I can no longer receive international drug orders to the same address?

Re: Should I consider my address burned?

Ive read interviews with customs agents who have said they generally discard the first intercept to an address if it is under the presumed supply amount (generally 50g), but will likely follow up any subsequent intercepts.
Its not worth the risk, just find an empty house for rent

Did the letter describe what they will do if they catch you a second time?

Nothing about what they would do if it happened again. Just said it's up to the police each time whether a charge is laid.
