if i was to buy say 28gs of powder right for 2k, how would you explain that figure coming out of your bank to whichever provider you use to send money for xmr? thanks in advance

Just say you were scammed in a deal where you paid them $2000 and then they disappeared leaving you with nothing.

What is compelling you to tell them anything?

Are you being subject to your banks anti-money-laundry requirements?
If so, then you have some creative accounting to do.

If not, then you aren't compelled to tell them anything.

Personally I don't know much about aml requirements. But if you have aml problems then you might have bigger problems related to police investigation as well.
In which case, you have some creative accounting to do.
