International orders / domestic safety

Haven't ordered yet, just figuring everthing out.

How often is it an international order gets stuck in customs? Say MDMA from europe, am I wasting my time or does most get through?

Also how safe is domestic? Keen to order some small amounts to my own home domestically but don't wanna get raided lol
