Easy Crypto LTC order flagged and sent to compliance team for review

Ordered LTC off Easy Crypto yesterday so I could swap to XMR.

After 24 hrs my LTC order status was still on delivering so I sent a message to support. They replied that my order was flagged for a safety review.

They asked why I'm purchasing crypto, where I'm sending it to and some info on my past BTC orders where they were transferred.

I just replied some bs that I hold swap different crypto and that they were all sent to my Exodus wallet.

Then they asked for more info like if I'm still holding all my crypto in my wallet or where I have been moving out of my wallet.
I just said its all in my Exodus wallet to swap/hold.

This is where I fucked up and forgot that the last time I bought off Easy Crypto was last year using Incognito market. I was stupidly buying BTC from Easy Crypto to my Exodus wallet then into Incognito Market instead of my usual swap to XMR.

Now my order is being sent to the Compliance team advising Your account has been flagged for review by our system meaning that this order has been held pending review. We have concerns about the address you've asked to release funds to. Your past order BTC address has been associated with activity outside our risk profile. Can you provide more info about where the crypto for this address has been moved to.

Haven't replied yet. No idea what to reply lol. Like I ain't gonna admit to sending to Incognito but ofc they'll know I'm bs'ing.

I'm sure my Easy Crypto account will get terminated but will my LTC order get refunded?

Just an update, I replied saying I am choosing not to answer/provide any further information.
In part of not complying/breaching Easy Crypto's terms of service I request for my Easy Crypto account to be closed and my held order payment be refunded.

Got a reply that my account will be closed and a refund will be done with $50 refund fee.

I guess it's better than trying to BS the compliance team for a few days just to get my account closed anyway.

So now I'll setup a new Exodus wallet, try find a new exchange to buy from and take security more seriously lol.

Also yes I'm a dumbass.

You could tell EasyCrypto that you were a victim of a keylogging attack where hackers or scammers gained access to your accounts. They managed to steal money from your bank and also took the bitcoins you purchased to convert into other cryptocurrencies. You can explain that youve already reported the incident to the police who are currently investigating as similar incidents have happened to others in your area.

just say you gamble with it which would also explain the dodgy addresses as some people wash their crypto through gambling sites and if you tell them you gamble with privacy coins then there is no way for them to follow the crypto. They have been doing a lot of safety reviews for their compliance with aml. A few of my customers got caught with this and this explanation is working so far
