Fake/Counterfeit Currency?

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience/contacts or anything with fake/counterfeit currency? I'm heading off to a 3rd world country soon and they have (very relaxed/unprofessional) money exchanger booths that have no cameras or anything and can even do this in the dark so even harder for them to recognise the counterfeit....which got me thinking if I could get counterfeit NZD, AUD, USD or anything like that then I could take it to one or a few of these money exchange booths and change for the local currency then change it back into NZD currency when back home?

So eg:

USD$100 (counterfeit) --> $100 (local currency equivilant) --> NZD$100 (when back in NZ)

Any help or ideas?

The risk / reward isn't in your favor with that idea. $100 vs living in a third world jail.
