Ths bro, gave us heaps of good notes on how to reconstatute it and even throw in a bottle of water for it.
I got some of this for my sis, she been tryin to lose weight for ages. 2 weeks in and she is down 2.5 kg she stoked. I was a bit sus at first because of tha price but it legit.

The HGH come with tha Reta, well packed. I have taken this before so it was easy.
