- Ordered directly via Signal, on Saturday the 25th of April.
- I had requested tracking, because I was in severe Phenibut and Clonazepam withdrawals, so I wanted to be able to track it in my own capacity *it's an anxious thing in that state.

- When the order was placed, and payment received, I had received no confirmation that my order had been shipped directly, and after taking the XMR payment, he assured me the package would be shipped monday, and to remind him for shipping.
I asked him for confirmation multiple times over the week, and only heard from him on friday, saying that he was away and not handling his orders.
The following day he said he would give me shipping (in a couple hours). I asked him again the next day and repeatedly had to ask for what was promised, then communications turned sour. I told him I was pissed off and I just wanted decent comms and the product I had paid for and at this point I was sick of being courteous.  I said just hurry up and do what you said you would so I can move forward amicably and do further business. (day 9).

- According to tracking, my package was shipped nearly 1 full week later (6 days),
-I did not receive tracking information until yesterday, the 3rd of May.

-From payment, to reception, it was about 10 days

Overall statement :
Nonetheless, he said he would send me some extras as a consolation for being late which I appreciate. I don't care for grudges or personal bullshit over a business fumble, so I give him his props for at least trying to amend, and providing the promised shipping albeit very late.  I was in a poor state that week and was expecting the package day after day so I could have relief from the withdrawals I was going through because I was having DTs, panic attacks and borderline hallucinations.

I accept that in that state it was annoying but as a customer I expect some clear and concise communication regardless of me being a small spender; and could have been amended with one line of text. Yes, it is shipped, here is your tracking. I was away, or, I am away so if you hear nothing from me at all this is why.

All in all, product good, do not do a direct deal over signal with this vendor, I understand these operations are complex and some orders are low priority and easy to forget about. In the past I have ordered over markets with this vendor and had a splendid experience. Thanks INZ for the product, and being reasonable enough in the end. :)
