you could become a vendor and sell cash for xmr or there are discord groups for nz crypto p2p if you dont want any kyc. or have a look for non kyc exchanges that have good reviews

I use central exchange(CEX) Kraken for times of quick n easy in conjunction with XMR wallet on android "CAKE" which has decent bells n whistles like cross chain swaps, credit card purchases of xmr and just good opsec practice and tools built in to it.
- It kinda looks like a half finished project, like it had funding pulled but but dont be fooled - it never stopped growing
TBH Cake gives the full package - for entry into the world of monero. Just dont get stuck on the ease and accessability of the dirty casual CEX. Who knows what ya might pick up along the way.
