drug phone orders common in NZ?
In Australian big cities you contact a dealer by phone and they deliver direct to you. I've seen it here with cannabis deliveries when my flatmates would buy it. Is this type of dealing common here in NZ?

I don't need that method when darknet is available but was just curious. On some TV show I saw the Sydney cops targeting these types of dealer.
