adding shipping address to Tor or Black ops
Looks like we need to add in our postal details, and the market will encrypt it for us and send to vendor. Previously on other markets I remember we would post our own encrypted data. Does that still work? Or do i need to put my name and address into the marketplace page and let it encrypt for me?

Always encrypt it yourself mate. The market may or may not auto-encrypt it (you have no idea) and it hardly adds any annoyance for the vendor. Consider if the market got busted and now you have no idea whether your details are viewable with an admins PGP.
Another case to consider is Hansa/Alphabay seizure in which, yes, the auto-encryption worked; but authorities could intercept the plaintext before it reached the auto-encrypt stage.
