Black Ops FE Reviews
Hopefully someone knows how this works?
I placed a Finalise Early order with a vendor on Black Ops on Monday morning at 08:40 but it was only accepted around 19:00 on Tuesday and eventually marked as Shipped at 03:30 today (Thursday) - 65+ hours from order being placed to being marked shipped.
The vendor offers overnight courier delivery and shipping most days but frequently has reviews stating 6DD, 7DD or longer. I messaged on Wednesday morning to see when the order would be shipped but have received no reply.
This delay in shipping is something I would want to highlight in a review once the product is received and tested however Black Ops only appears to allow reviews to be placed within 24 hours of being completed which occurs when an FE order is shipped.
How am I supposed to provide a truthful and accurate review on Black Ops within the next few hours for an order that based on past experience may not arrive for another few days?

First off, I hope your order arrives tomorrow and your weekend isn't ruined. That is unacceptable.
If I were you, I would leave a placeholder review and then edit it. On the BO site after placing a review it states.
"A review can only be changed once and within 24 days after the order was completed."
Or leave a review here. Name and shame. I personally would think twice about ordering from whoever you have dealt with, especially if competitors are more convenient - for $10-$20 more.

If it's ImportedNZ, I'll be honest with you won't get your package until next week. The cunt has awesome drugs but is a fucking useless vendor. I've never seen a vendor go MIA and then act like nothing's wrong. I'm honestly surprised people are stupid enough to buy from them with this shit show of a vendor.

Appreciate you giving us props for our quality drugs, while in the past we my have had some pretty shocking shipping times but these have been corrected and we ship pretty much everyday. Going MIA and acting like nothings wrong? You must be confused with another vendor, if we ever went MIA (which happened like twice in the 4 years we have been vending) we made a post on the forums explaining why and offered incentives to those affected, the last time that happened was so long ago I couldnt even tell you if it was this year or not.
You do realise, since BGNZ was busted, we have taken over the position of highest volume of orders weekly, it was a big step up for us to adjust to, which we now have.
Also this post is not about us.

Thanks for your concern. Unfortunately the order hasn't arrived on Friday so yes my weekend plans are pretty much ruined. Unacceptable.

Yes, it is ImportedNZ and it looks like I'm not getting my package until next week. Their drugs are good but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There is only one other NZ vendor for the gear I'm after on Black Ops so the choice is limited.

Yes, this post is actually about ImportedNZ.
If ImportedNZ are shipping pretty much everyday how can they explain an order placed at 08:40 on a Monday not being accepted until 19:00 on Tuesday and not being marked as shipped until 03:30 on Thursday? At best they missed shipping on Monday and Tuesday and possibly Wednesday too. My message on Black Ops to ImportedNZ on Wednesday morning has, at time of writing (Friday 13:00), also not been replied to.
Yes, the gear from ImportedNZ has been good and the pricing is sharp but they are not living up to their own quoted levels of service. I personally would pay without thinking a $20 shipping fee for guaranteed same day shipping (with tracking provided) for orders placed before say 9am and I'm confident other buyers would too. There used to be very successful vendors on TorMarket that met this level of service without exception and any well organised vendor should be able to achieve this. How about it?

Your order was placed at 8:40PM on Monday (After 5PM, so obviously couldnt be shipped that day). As you say, your order was accepted at 7PM Tuesday (The day after, also couldnt be shipped as after 5PM). Your order was then shipped on Wednesday and marked shipped on the Thursday at 3:30AM. I am unable to mark orders shipped before they are actually shipped. A (technically) less than 2 day delay isn't cause for an entire call out post.
We state that we ship orders "almost" everyday, we dont claim we ship orders placed the same day on that day, some specific items arent available to be shipped instantly and may take an extra 1-2 days from the order date to be shipped. I think youd find it hard to find any vendor that ships every order they receive on the day it was ordered, an item being shipped 1-2 days after it was placed is not unheard of.
We can go back to shipping twice a week if you would all prefer that, however that obviously means waiting even longer for your order to arrive.
If you could please read my 'How NZPost Boxes Work' Post here on the forums you would understand why there are sometimes extra delays also.
You are ordering drugs off the dark web, I am not amazon. I am a 1-2 man team. Since launching on BO 2.5M ago, I have fulfilled 300+ orders, yes there have been some delays along the way, but if you arent willing to withstand a 2 day delay every so often, then feel free to order elsewhere (where you will likely pay more and wait longer, or source it in person at double the cost)
I do however apologise for the delay, it was out of my control and im sure, as you know from your previous orders with us, that your order will arrive safely and with quality product.

It is good to hear that my order was shipped by NZ Post Courier on Wednesday but unfortunately it didn't arrive before the weekend as hoped.
I respectfully beg to differ though on the timings you state. I am not stupid and am more than capable of telling the time and can, if necessary, post a link to a screenshot of the timings in Black Ops. You do realise that the times shown in Black Ops are UTC, not NZT? Here is a direct copy/paste from Black Ops of the details shown which contradict your timeline stated above.

Understood and I am sure many of your customers, including myself, appreciate the service you provide.

Also as you stated yourself, we ship "almost everyday", you also stated we offer "overnight courier delivery" which is absolutely incorrect and we do not advertise that anywhere.
You are correct, I was imprecise with my phrasing. Your TOS state "ALL orders are sent via NZPost courier service with tracking". NZ Post offer 2 levels of NZ tracked courier service, Courier Economy and Courier. The NZ Post Courier Service with tracking is specified as a Next Working Day service, not overnight as I mistakenly implied.
From experience of sending many parcels it is still an exception for an NZ Post Courier parcel to not arrive within 2 working days as is the case with this order.

NZpost can be a bit funny Whanau mostly all goods but courier has a target window of 1 - 3 working days although they are normally NWD.

The way you reply to your customers tells us everything we need to know you don't care about them, only about the money.
You're making all this profit and still charging for shipping. What a sad, pathetic vendor you are.
Running a sale on your products means nothing. Buy from me, and you won't see your order for another one to two weeks. You're better off paying extra and ordering from a vendor who actually ships orders instead of fucking around

People need to realise that NZ post can also be at fault for delayed deliveries. I have literally seen the postie empty a box and none of the items I had dropped there were scanned in until 5 days later. Its a double edged sword being in NZ, we have the luxury of mostly anon postage but only with one carrier who at times isn't the fastest.
Cut ImportedNZ some slack. If you're buying from the DW be organized, order well in advance. Or just go hit up your local guy and pay 2x the price.

Couldn't have said it better myself man, NZPost is insanely unreliable, if you've been in the scene for a significant amount of time you will notice how they have only gotten worse and worse at hitting their time frames, especially when using the red boxes - for example I have had on multiple occasions had packages not collected for 7 days and was only once I got in contact with NZPost themselves that anything was done about it.
Just a PSA, don't order a product on a Wednesday and expect it to be there by Friday, we have been seeing 5+ day deliveries even with Courier labels. Would be great if you could cut me some slack, I ship all of my orders on the days they are marked shipped, I have no reason to lie about such a thing.

Man I honestly couldn't care about your opinion, I am doing fine without you ordering from me. OMG!! I charge for shipping! Your acting like I am committing a war crime, I actually lose money on shipping at the rates I charge? Would you rather I just add $10 to the price of every product and offer free shipping? Will that make you feel like you are getting a better deal?
"Making all this profit", you have no idea how much profit I make off of this business and I can assure you it is far less than you would think, including spending practically 24/7 packaging and shipping orders. You do also realise that I am the one taking the risk bringing these substances into the country? Yet I still CHOOSE to charge half of whatever you can find on the streets, except you get complete anonymity and don't have to meet up with some dodgy dealer in the middle of the hood to get your product. Stop complaining about things that are out of my control, take a benzo or smoke a cone and chill the fuck out, you are involving yourself in something that has no relation to you at all.

I am also going to chime in on this thread. ImportedNZ has been peer reviewed extensively, and I have never had any personal complaints. I wouldn't even consider messaging a vendor until at least a week out, and almost always, its the postal service.
The few occasions there has been hiccups, they have always sorted me out.
I appreciate the vendors on here, especially the long term actors. I would personally ignore these kind of antics, aint worth the time or mental thought. Hope these threads don't bother you too much, as I am sure you have enough stress already.
