My usual goto for meow meow is SpeedFreak and they consistently have and good quality powder IME. I know SF fairly well and I would guess that they will most likely have more on the way at some point in the future, however they tend to release batches fairly randomly and not in massive quantities (so you gotta get in while the stock lasts!)
