By the way the $50 guarantee is 15 aug - 1 november.

I have been dead sick, "oh hes just lying like always" no I have been violently sick this whole week so orders got delayed.

As I said all orders will be shipped or refunded, do you guys just not read what ive said in the previous replies or what?

If the PGP Address was sent incorrectly then yes she would have needed an updated one, she will sort it for you.

I finally received a reply from ImportedNZ about an order that I hadn't received but still no explanation for what happened with the original order. Have packages gone missing in the mail or were they just never sent? If it was ever sent I would have liked the tracking number to follow up with NZPost and to know what may have happened and that nothing is compromised and packages haven't ended up in the wrong hands. It was only a small order for personal use but leaves some uncertainty not knowing what could have happened to the package if it was ever sent.

I'm not trying to slander you. I have received the order now but I sent multiple messages on the market with no reply before the order auto finalized and you didn't explain that the order had been missed when saying you had shipped it so how am I meant to know whats going on? I can deal with mistakes or waiting longer for an order but some communication about whats going on is good so hopefully that is now improved.
