Any leads on #4

I understand that the market is dry af for opioids generally at the moment, have basically been getting my hands on whatever I can get. However, im particually after H (#4 preferred).

There was a vendor who was offering that on BO a couple of months ago but they've since disapared. Any help appreciated :)
