Experiences with TheGoodLife

Has anyone actually had their package arrive from the good life? I ordered a g of coke and it never came. May have been due to xmas shipping. I ordered over a week ago, the tracking number he gave me was dead also. when scanned on NZ POST it stated "No Information Available". Grathering from this info the package could have either been lost by NZ Post, Stolen or Never delivered. the number was an NZ Post Tracking number aswell.

I make this post asking if anyone has actually had a good experience with TheGoodLife?

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

I ordered on the 18th haven't had anything arrive yet, tracking number given to me is also stating "No Information Avaliable" however they haven't dropped comms with me yet, told me that it was the pack they bought in bulk and have since changed slips. Who knows though, my order is probably going to get autofinalized over the new year, sorta just trusting the christmas delays and hoping it will arrive whilst I'm away.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

In the same boat as the OP.  Ordered from them and another vendor on the 18th, the other vendors pack arrived that Saturday, still nothing from TGL.  Have messaged today for tracking.  You guys can click 'request refund' on the order and it won't auto finalize if you're away on the auto finalize date, then if it arrives just cancel that.  Hopefully it's only the holidays, but doesn't look too good.  If you guys do end up getting refunds, I'd recommend Gandalf's Gear for coke, never had an issue with them, and last time I tried their gear it was pretty damn good.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

Xmas delays are being exaggerated a little on this market/forum. We have been shipping all the way through and have been getting fast arrivals and NDD as per usual. Read our feedback for proof. The vendors you are using are accepting and marking your orders as shipped and not shipping them until they feel like it. They are lazy and are misleading you. This is the problem with small new vendors they aren't busy and they wont go to postal drops most days they wait until they have enough orders to be bothered going to the post drop. If they can't even send a pack imagine how sloppy they are with your details.

The 18th and you not got anything. Dude you are being fucked about no two ways about it.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

We were sending packets out during the 'busy courier time' and would arrive next day or day after.
You don't pay overnight courier for nothing.

I'm in the same boat, ordered on the 18th, still no package. not even a tracking number given. auto finalized over christmas when i was away so vendor doesn't even reply to my messages. selective scamming at its finest. RIP

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

There seems to be a few non arrivals lately, I wouldn't automatically assume selective scamming as it makes no sense at all, why would a vendor risk their reputation to make an easy few bucks when they could make a whole lot more if they were solid.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

Yeah their customer service is pretty shit too.  Asked about what was going on, got a stock response of 'the service we were using was sloppy and we've now changed, can't say when you're package will arrive but it will, we will do better next time'. And they didn't give me a tracking number when asked either. It's great that some of the packages are landing, but it seems like a lot are not so can't really say this vendor is a good choice considering they don't really sell anything new or different, I definitely won't be using them again.  Thankfully we've got the 'request refund' option.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

2 stat days last week, 2 this week, plus possible some courier drivers gone on holiday, therefore less doing the runs? Delays might not be too far fetched?

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

same issue here with a coke order.
not responding and been well over a reasonable time period for delivery.

Order auto finalised whilst I was away too so really not happy if this is a scam and I’m out of pocket

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

Managed to snag a 50% Refund, product never came.. He stated it was a problem with the courier bags, apparently he bought them in bulk. I would've requested a full refund but I thought maybe it wasn't the vendors fault. I don't know if I got scammed or not. but I would be cautious ordering off him,  if you do make sure you request a refund if it hasn't come before the autofinalize date.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

How does buying courier bags in bulk be an issue, unless one was intercepted and the rest were pulled due to matching closely related tacking numbers?

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

definitely vendors fault, just place feedback accordingly. i personally think he knows whats happened with the orders but is just continuing to deny fault.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

shady vendor, hasn't offered me anything as of yet for compensation to fix this issue. autofinalisation had occurred, vendor has ignored messages to try resolve. deal with caution, have requested a refund or reship, but assume selective scammer. Luckily I'm only out 1g, $100 is barely worth a selective scam so who knows.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

This vendor is asking for their account to be re-enabled. They have 13 autofinalized orders that are not marked delivered by customer. There are 7 negative feedbacks in only two months of operation. They have politely been asking for weeks now to be allowed to operate again. Surely no customer would risk buying from them again. Is it wrong to have disabled their account? Many vendors have lost their account for far less, but they keep asking every day to get their vendor status back and can't understand why.

supposedly they're resending my order today, but who knows this whole situation is a bit bizarre to be honest.

Re: Experiences with TheGoodLife

The situation is dealt with - they are permanently banned now. They refunded 2 or 3 customers (one was only 50% refund) and believed this would be sufficient to get their account back. Seemed to think by sending enough long winded messages they might get around the rules for bad vendors.

Be careful with new vendors to not let orders auto-finalize. They took 0.6827 BTC by doing this over the holidays when customers weren't paying attention. They may be on other markets selling "Cocaine 90 % +" and "MOON ROCK - MDMA's Purest Form". All caps in product descriptions - this is often a reliable indicator of a dodgy vendor.
