This market never allowed weapons and there no discussions of hand guns here. Maybe one of the other markets had weapons or maybe he was using TOR browser on clearnet sites it was reported incorrectly.

Sorry to rehash an old topic but I found this amusing piece of info in the Police's response to changes to the Arms act.

"Police’s High-Technology Crime Group monitors the Dark Web and finds little evidence of firearms trading. Where a firearm is advertised for sale it is noted these are short lived advertisements with little credibility and most likely scams."
