Update** vendor has resolved this problem
ordered from uncutpure which was meant to be sat delivery. came first thing this morning. was in rush for work so just peeped inside the bag quickly saw bag with some product in it and finalised. didnt weigh or look at it properly until just now . just by looking at bag properly could tell it was underweight, scales say by 5 grams, for someone who doesnt buy that big thats a big loss. i know its my fault for not weighing before finalising but this is just a warning for everybody. definitely learnt my lesson, but shitty on the vendors part too.

Have you tried talking to the vendor first? There could have been a genuine mix up, I speak for all vendors when I say it is appreciated when you communicate your issue and trying to reach a solution rather than leaving negative feedback/posting on forums etc.

yea for sure, that was my first thought since my first order was great. left a few messages asking if it could have been a label mixup / honest mistake however he didn't open my messages or respond although was online today. definitely was open to sorting it out, however tomorrow its been 7 days since the order was placed so getting a bit impatient

Be wary of the new vendors bro. High chance some of these guys are NZdomestic, MrNice or other who have exit scammed over time.

They build reputation and trust on the market with low prices then they fuck a bunch of people over. They are probably planning their pre new year scams now.

update* Just got a message from him trying to resolve it. Saying it was his mistake and going to send my order today. Thankful for getting my order but still - it has been a minute.
