Cartels put it in anything to try get more addicts and costs so little. The virus is causing fentanyl supply problems for the cartels so they want ability to manufacture it in Mexico.
Vancouver has drug testing machines provided by the government because people have no idea what they are buying anymore and its causing too many deaths. My guess is Canada would be the next country to follow Portugal model if they can without being pushed back by US.

Its been spreading round the streets lately. Even I struggled to sell my own gear because of the color of it looking similar to the stuff with fetanyl. One of the vendors on the market had same coloured MD as the fetanyl MD (not saying it was) but it stopped me from buying from him.
