Flagged addresses?
Is this a real thing? The reason i ask is because i've had stuff come through to addresses where i've had stuff intercepted without any problems? Only small amounts. Nothing class A either? If everything address that comes through is scanned and referenced against a database surely this wouldn't be possible at all?
