Turning Crypto into cash anonymously

Looking for any and all advice on turning BTC or similar crypto into NZD. As far as I can tell from quick searches they're all legit exchanges that could lead back to me. How do I cash in my BTC anonymously?

If you check tormarket other there are currently 2 NZ cash out services from established vendors. You can also find people at btc-related local meetups or on forums/reddit looking to buy btc with cash.

Thanks! I looked on tormarket and could only find one vender doing btc for cash though...
