PGP errors

I am often getting the following error when decrypting PGP:

WARNING: message was not integrity protected
Hint: If this message was created before the year 2003 it is likely that this message is legitimate. This is because back then integrity protection was not widely used.
decryption forced to fail!

I still get to see the message, except I can't select the text to copy paste it. And one time it had question marks scattered throughout it.

Anyone know what's happening?

Send a support ticket with an example order number. The website now verifies the data is valid so it should be a good PGP message.
