Made an order marked as shipped within the last 14 days. Have not received product, I understand patience with international orders but KDS claims it was couriered and the max I have ever waited for a couriered package within NZ is 1-3 days max.
Last message received looks like it was sent to another customer too who's been waiting on a similar product. On the 8th he said he'd look into what's happening with the shipping provider(?) and worst case a reshipment. Haven't heard from since.
That was the last time he was seen online too - 10 unreads so it looks like I'm not the only one wondering what's up?
Profile reads "If any issues please contact us asap as messages are checked multiple times a day"
Worst case is he's been rolled up by 12 - hopefully for something unrelated to his work here.
Question to the OGs: do we give him the benefit of the doubt and keep extending auto finalize or cut our losses and ask for a refund?
Wouldn't want to be a dick and screw over a good merchant if there are unavoidable reasons why he's gone dark.

Looks like this forum post brought him from the dead, minutes after your reply. I get:
Contacted postal service, the label came off during transit. In this situation its better for us to do a free reship or a full refund. If you want and request a refund will authorize it straight away, or can do reship with a free extra bottle - all we ask is no negative feedback once we fix situation
Sent him 3 messages to confirm a reship - no reply. At this stage I'm fixing the situation for myself and my feedback will reflect the experience I've had. Hope the other 8 guys he's fucking around with come out of the woodwork so that we can get an admin to look into KDS

I'm in the same boat with this vendor. Ordered over a week ago has been marked as shipped but still haven't received anything
He's throwing his toys about the neutral feedback I gave him. As if he deserves positive feedback for honoring the refund I asked for. What an odd fellow
