MillionMan Review - Seems suspicious to me?

Does this review left on Millionman's new UK to NZ/AU meth listing not seem suspicious as fuck to everyone else? I could well be mistaken, but I checked the market every day, literally every day from early July till now and this listing was not available for order until a couple days ago. However this review shows a purchase date of 05/08/20.

Looks to me like someone bought there own product to leave good reviews....

Please note, it is plausible a small amount of stock was sold for a brief period of time before listing was disabled and only enabled again recently, but something tells me this simply isn't the case.

I can also say that NZ to NZ listings from this vendor have always for me been legit.

You sure can, make a new product, click the hidden check box, and people will only be able to view it by your direct link. Good for when you are doing custom orders or bulk deals.
