This seems pretty fishy.
Bitcoin is a currency.... There is only 1 price and that is the current price.
That's like saying "I want to buy some cheap United States Dollars".
I use Binance app you can buy as much as you want pretty much with a credit card.
Also alot of people use Coinbase.

I'm into crypto currency big time... You get alot of scammers trying to fool new dudes into sending them crypto.
Alot of those dudes are from poorer nations who just sit at the computer all days trying to scam people.

You could setup a vendor account and offer a btc cashout service if you're legit and trying to avoid those exchanges and their exchange rates and mixing coins and what not
