That doesnt make any sense. Dexamphetamine is in huge demand and the vendor bond is a paultry $200. You will make your bond back in a day and be rolling in cash after a week.

The bond went to $400 because scammers were willing to take the risk with $200 that someone would finalize on their fake product. Now it is 400 most won't take that chance and don't bother signing up.
