if this is true... why is his public key the same on here as all of the websites that he operates from? im no expert but doesnt this mean only the real vendor can unlock shipping info when buyers make purcahses ect..

and all of his feedback is made up then? i dont think LE would allow people to receive anything and it sounds like some people have been receiving from these vendors

for all we know you could be LE ?

would appreciate if some1 elses opinion on this post

LE can easily pad their own feedback.  Admin would have a better idea by investigating the buyer accounts that are sending positive feedback, if the buyer accounts sending positive feedback are suspicious (eg. All new accounts or unusually large amount of returning customers) then OP's allegations might have some credibility. If a large amount of the positive feedback is coming from old accounts with buyer history then OP's allegations are dead in the water IMO.
