If you have no tolerance to opiates, you'd get a better high just taking tramadol or something. Never understood the fascination with Lean. It started in Houston in the 90's when it was dirt cheap to get.
I've heard some obscene prices for it in the last year and always wondered why the fuck someone would pay so much for something that's so weak.

Poppy seed tea and promethezine (OTC med) gives same high but is way stronger because it has morphine as well as codeine.

Comparing tramadol and lean is silly. Tramadol presents a high seizure risk and also doesn’t work for a lot of people. I much prefer codeine

The price of tramadol is considerably lower than lean. If your tolerance is low enough to get high from lean, then you can take a safe amount of tramadol without reaching into seizure/serotonin syndrome territory.

The max dose of tramadol for pain is 8x 50mg per day. If you can get high off lean, then you'd be absolutely fucked up from even 4x 50mg tramadol. It's not that silly to suggest really. I understand a preference for codeine (also personally, DHC blow codeine out of the water for me). And I have met people who aren't a fan of the high that tramadol produces. The point I was trying to make is that you can afford to buy much better* opiates for the price. Shit, you could even buy a decent amount of oxy for the price of even half a bottle of legit lean.
